尤振仲吸毒獲緩起訴 律師：未再犯 與事件無關
台鐵司機員尤振仲去年12月間因吸毒遭緩起訴處分。尤振仲的委任律師今天下午表示，尤振仲遵從檢方指示定期檢驗沒有再犯，也與這次事件無關，盼外界給他一些空間。
台鐵6432車次普悠瑪列車21日下午在新馬站高速出軌翻覆，造成18死、190人受傷，司機員尤振仲經過多日沈澱後，面對外界許多揣測，上午先透過羅東聖母醫院公關表達要親自出面召開記者會。但醫院考量他現階段心理狀況，建議他審慎考慮，經與律師商討後，改由尤振仲的兒女下午3時在醫院禮堂對外說明。
尤振仲的兒女下午3時在律師閻道至、陳湘傳陪同下，帶著口罩在羅東聖母醫院代替父親發表聲明，女兒宣讀聲明幾秒過後，提到向社會大眾致上最深歉意時，兩人起立鞠躬道歉後，女兒聲淚俱下泣不成聲，低頭無法言語，隨後由閻道至代為唸完聲明內容。
陳湘傳表示，因為偵查不公開原因，不會對外說明太多事情，針對外界關心的吸毒問題，尤振仲自2月獲得緩起訴以來，都有遵從檢察官指示，每個月定期回診、檢驗，也都沒有再犯，也與這次事故無關，希望各界能給予尤振仲和家屬一些空間。
媒體在台下詢問，身為兒女現在心情如何、父親現在情況如何？兩人未進一步回應，隨即離去。
台北地檢署緩起訴處分書指出，尤振仲去年12月6日晚間，在台北市林森北路上一處公園施用第二級毒品甲基安非他命，同年12月9日遭警攔查起出甲基安非他命一小包，經尿檢發現有毒品反應。
北檢考量尤振仲坦承不諱且無施用毒品前科，深具悔意也願接受毒品戒癮治療，專業醫療機構也評估尤男適合接受戒癮治療，因此2月間處以緩起訴2年。
北檢並要求尤男自費前往台北市立聯合醫院松德院區接受治療，且應於1年的治療期程內完成戒癮治療，緩起訴期間必須接受追蹤輔導與尿液毒品檢驗。
